Re: Great news for Progressive Music Seekers and Gentle Giant Fans!

There's a historical line in "progressive" music which always continued. In the '80's and '90's the musical challenges are to find elsewhere than in '60's and '70's. Music still is extremely interesting nowadays and I can hardly notice everything because there has been an explosion of creativity since a few years, and many genres have creative souls that have something original to offer. You still need a nose and an eye for music to find out where the real creativity lies. And also, the world is big. The term 'prog' nowadays means something different already and refers hardly to what was "progressive" in the early days. Some people like to call more of the interesting stuff "psychedelic" or "psych", but some of the new inventive music could still be called "progressive" too -in the very old sense of what that means-But, I want to say "Oh what do I love music".

Great news for Progressive Music Seekers and Gentle Giant Fans!

On November 10 Gentle Giant will finally start releasing its catalog in a digital format. This is a chance to really check out a band most rock fans have taken a powder on. There tasty interlocking parts, driving rhythm section that can do it all - rock out, groove with a cool folky funk, or float and sting like odd ball classical musicians.

All prog and music fans should get into or re-evaluate and get back with Gentle Giant.

Here's a track list of what's coming out on Amazon, iTunes, and I think Lala but I'm not sure about that.

are we planning to change this to match the !quote 1 as some people have told me this link does not work to listen and easier to have folks click links on the website rather then trying to copy paste link from mIRC for them to listen. If this already works sorry for my post :-)
