IRC access problems

For those with irc access problems,
Please post the message returned from the IRC server denying you access.

I'll collect them in groups and send them to the IRC sysop
who will then manually adjust the filters to allow access.

Sorry for the situation.
According to the sysop, there has been significant spammer activity lately.
